Ever wonder "how much will my wedding flowers cost?"  We do get calls almost on a daily basis with this question.There is no set in stone price for wedding flowers. Flowers for your wedding is an individual thing. Weddings are like finger prints unique and different . Some brides want a traditional fairy tale wedding others want something  a "never been done" type wedding. So for me to say how much will your wedding cost is an impossible mission. I must sit down with each bride and talk about what her thoughts are and come up with the plan to make it happen based on her budget.

  • Brides Bouquet
  • Bridesmaids
  • Flower girl
  • Hairpieces
  • Boutonnieres: groom, bestman, ushers, ring bearer, Fathers Grandfathers, pastor 
  • Corsages: Mothers, Grandmothers
  • Flowers for Ceremony: alter, pews, entry way, aisle
  • Flowers for Reception: Centerpieces, cake, food table 
 Brides bouquets can start at around $40.00 and go up, same with bridesmaids unless you choose to do single flowers. Boutonnieres start at 6.95 with corsages starting around 12.95. Alter flowers and pew markers have a wide range depending on flowers and size. The average alter arrangement would be some where around $150.00.Centerpieces for the reception could be as simple as a floating orchid to an elegant tall slender vase with  flowers flowing from the top or a mixture of both.

Locally Grown; Our Flower Farm | Farm to Florist | Tallahassee, Florida

We haven't really shared much about our cut flower farm but it is time for that to change! We are honored to be able to provide our customers with many locally grown flowers! The  owner of  A  Country  Rose ,   Annette started farming on an acre at her home in Wakulla County about eight years ago. She has since moved herself and her farm to a new location with more space for growth (pun intended). Annette  and her husband Ed are the ones who make all the magic  happen.  The most current tasks around  the  farm as of the last  couple  of weeks is a reworking of all the beds. They've been pulling up all the irrigation, laying new rows which includes 100's of tractor loads of compost and mulch then re-laying of black ground cover (to keep weeds at bay), white ground cover (to keep the black from burning the flowers) and then replacement of the irrigation.  It's a lot of work but the  results will be amazing and below is a sneak peek of what we are  harvesting  right now.
